KESA–ESAMU relations are founded on a longstanding partnership built on shared purpose and a common commitment to nurturing youthful leadership.

Over the years, this relationship has continued to grow from strength to strength, reflecting institutional collaboration and a shared vision for impact, excellence, and continuity.

This partnership has notably been demonstrated through key moments of collaboration, including ESAMU’s role in hosting one of KESA’s flagship engagements, the National Economics Debate 2023.

It was therefore a great honour for KESA Executive Council, Sarah Sawadi and Pelecia Anyango, in company of Ryan Kiptoo to join the ESAMU fraternity during the inauguration of its new leadership, a significant milestone that marked both the close of one chapter and the beginning of another.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the outgoing ESAMU leadership team through Alex Maina, the chairperson, for their dedicated service, stewardship, and contribution towards building a solid and admirable association.

We also warmly congratulate the incoming team under the leadership of Evans Opati as they assume this important responsibility. We are confident that their tenure will be marked by vision, commitment, and purposeful leadership.

At KESA, we deeply value partnerships such as this; partnerships that are rooted in shared aspiration and sustained by collaboration, trust, and institutional goodwill.

We remain proud to stand alongside ESAMU and look forward to the continued strengthening of this relationship in the years ahead.
