Hussein Amuka Wamukota graduated with First Class Honours in Economics and Statistics from the University of Embu. 

He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Economics at the same university, continuing to build on his passion for research and academic excellence.

Throughout his time at the University, Hussein demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to student growth and development.

From his first year to his final year, he served as Class Representative, a role he carried out with dedication. 

His desire to create a platform for learning and collaboration led him to found the University of Embu Economics Club, where he served as the founding chair. 

Under his leadership, the club grew into one of the most active and vibrant student organisations at the University.

They participated in major national events organised by KESA, including the 2nd Tech and Innovation Summit at Mount Kenya University, the 3rd National Economics Debate at the University of Nairobi, and the National Economics Symposium by MMUESA at Multimedia University of Kenya, where the team emerged second overall.

Hussein also made a notable impact through his role as Chair of the KESA Summit Volunteers during the 2nd Tech and Innovation Summit. 

His exceptional performance and commitment earned him recognition as the Best Performing Volunteer and KESA Delegate, honours that reflected his dedication, teamwork, and excellence.
