KESA President Marion Wachia has urged students to combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience to become well-rounded and industry-ready.
Speaking in a panel at the Assembly Hall during the JKESA Economics and Finance Symposium at JKUAT,
“While theory lays the foundation, it's practical skills that bring ideas to life. We need both to prepare graduates for real-world impact.”
The President further emphasised that practical exposure and soft skills are essentials,
Not just to navigate today’s competitive job market, but to inspire confidence, adaptability, and even entrepreneurship.
A role KESA is keenly playing through our several programmes, including collaborations with industry training organisations.
