As your term comes to a close, we write this with gratitude for a leadership season that was deliberate and forward looking.

The 2025/2026 KESA Executive Council stepped into office with clarity of vision and leaves having strengthened the association in visible and measurable ways.

You carried the responsibility of continuity with maturity and ensured that the momentum you found was sustained and elevated.

Throughout your tenure, you elevated KESA’s national standing through impactful flagship forums while intentionally widening our regional reach and institutional presence.

One key highlight is the establishment of the Research Wing, which creates space for structured research, publication, and intellectual contribution.

Through this bold move, the association transitioned from being primarily a convener of dialogue to becoming a producer of knowledge. That investment in thought leadership will shape conversations and strengthen our institutional credibility long after this term.

Your tenure balanced professional development, policy engagement, strategic collaboration, and community service with remarkable steadiness.

Membership growth, expanded regional reach, and sustained programme delivery stand as clear evidence of trust earned and systems strengthened.

As you hand over the mantle, you leave behind a stronger association, clearer direction, and members who are better equipped because of your service.

We say thank you, even as you transition to other roles and pursuits. We look forward to seeing you around and providing the needed support and mentorship.
