The event marked the unveiling of AIR’s 2025 strategic plan outlook, focusing on key areas to address societal challenges.

The session brought together industry experts to share insights and explore solutions through research and collaboration.

AIR’s 2025 strategic plan covered four key areas:

- Education,

- Food Security and Nutrition,

- Labour and Workforce Development.

- Social Protection and Empowerment of Girls

They emphasised that these pillars aimed to address critical gaps in society.

Through research findings that would guide policy-making processes to drive meaningful change.

On funding, the team called for innovative approaches, urging the government to embrace localised funding mechanisms.

They noted that such measures would reduce dependency on external aid and create sustainable resource flows for key projects.

KESA is committed to supporting this strategic plan through collaborative research and policy advocacy.

We extended our gratitude to christine kiecha MBA, PMP, Managing Director for Kenya and Ethiopia, and the AIR team for the invitation.

Present were KESA Deputy President Spencer Muhonja, Secretary General Paul Muguro, and Amina Barasa, PRM Committee member.

Also Present was Moses Muchiri Mwangi, the immediate Organizing and Legal Secretary.
