𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲...

At the Economics Students Association of Kenya (KESA), we hold that strong leadership begins with strong relationships... a formular that drives our teams' gears.

The Executive Council recently took on the challenge of hiking Mt. Longonot, a challenge that was beyond physical adventure. It was an opportunity to strengthen teamwork, build trust and deepen the bonds that enable us to serve our community with excellence.

Every step up the mountain reminded us that leadership is about perseverance, collaboration, and supporting one another through every challenge. Amid demanding schedules and the realities of leadership, taking time to reconnect as a team was both refreshing and inspiring.

This trial took place in a period when the Executive Council is executing 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 to the 4th Cohort of Leadership Training. This is crystal proof that we are consistently all students of leadership.

As we stay on our path to champion the interests of economics and its scholars across Kenya, we remain focused on propelling a leadership culture grounded, resilient, unified and of a shared vision.
